पूरे देश के हर नुक्कड़ बाज़ार, बीमार लाचार, इस पार उस पार हर तरफ़ इस बार आई पी एल साउथ अफ्रीका में करवाने को लेकर चर्चाओं की कडाहियों में बतकहियों के भजिये तले जा रहे है। लोगों को सब्जियों के चढ़ते भाव, सुखाते ताल तलाव, शहर और गाँव से ज्यादा इस बात से दुराव है कि आख़िर क्या हमारे देश की पुलिस इतनी नाकारा और लाचार हो गई है कि खेल के नाम पर सुरक्षा मुहैय्या कराने को लेकर हाय दय्या हाय दय्या कर रही है। गुस्सा इस बात पर भी निकाला जा रहा है कि जिस देश में क्रिकेट को पूजा जाता है वहां इस महान खेल का दूजा आयोजन ही खटाई में पड़ गया है। और वो भी किस नामाकूल और गैर जरुरी से काम के कारण ( वैसे तथाकथित लोकतंत्रवादियों को मेरा ये वक्तव्य नागवार गुजर सकता है।)
खैर इस नुक्ता चीनी का लब्बो लुबाब यह है कि यह इंडिया है मेरी जान और यहाँ पर किसी भी चीज का पार्ट टू किसी न किसी वजह से परेशानी का सबब बन जाता है। सुबह के दैनिक भास्कर में मेरे गुरु रह चुके और देश के प्रसिद्ध व्यंगकार आलोक पुराणिक जी का व्यंग्लेख पढ़ा जिसमें उन्होंने क्रिकेट की जगह चुनाव के 'चुनाव' को लेकर कुछ चुटीली टिप्पणियां की है। इस लेख में एक शब्द आया आई पी एल पार्ट २। जब से इस शब्द को पढ़ा है तब से मेरे मस्तिष्क में विचारों का ताना बाना बुना जाने लगा की मुझे भी अब ब्लॉग्गिंग करते हुए एक अरसा बीत चुका है तो क्यूँ ना मैं भी अपने ब्लॉग का पार्ट २ लॉन्च करूँ। तो समस्त ब्लोग्वीरों को सूचित किया जाता है की साहेबान पेश ऐ खिदमत है चंद मुट्ठी अशआर का पार्ट २।
परन्तु मन के किसी कोने में कहीं एक भय दुबका हुआ है और बाहर आने को आतुर है की आख़िर सभी पार्ट टूओं का हश्र देख चुकने के बाद भी मैं क्यूँ अपने आप के साथ ये खिलवाड़ कर रहा हूँ जिससे मेरे लिए संभावनाओ के किवाड़ बंद होने का खतरा है। क्यूंकि भइया यहाँ पार्ट के बड़े बुरे हाल होते हैं। शोले की पार्ट २ के चक्कर में राम गोपाल वर्मा अपने हाथ 'आग' में जला बैठे। तो उमराव जान ऐश्वर्या के होते हुए भी 'बेजान' होकर रह गयी। और तो और चन्द्रमोहन जी भी दूसरी पारी खेलने के लिए फिजा में घुलना चाहते थे पर चाँद मोहम्मद बनते ही उनके भी सपने धुल गए...और फिजा के भी.....तो इसीलिए ये मन का भय हर शय चेता रहा है....लेकिन एपी लोगों के भरोसे ये रिस्क ले रहा हूँ और कोशिश करूँगा कम से कम इस बार आप लोगों से नित्य संवाद स्थापित कर सकूँ। तो मेहरबान मेहेरबानी बनाये रखें.... आप लोगों को समर्पित है चंद मुट्ठी अशआर का पार्ट २। कृपया अब ये मत पूछना ये पार्ट २ क्या होता है।

i hope part II bhi kuchh naya ho...you have mentioned it correctly ,we do worship cricket.. we come on roads screaming and cheering no matter we win or lose..but when it comes to democracy, choosing a leader..we drop our enthusiasm. we not only forget the sins but forgive the sinners, putting a blanket on our faces...closing our eyes we choose the same 'kurta dhaari'. what we need is change.. a change in ideology..in our conservative mentalities. for that we need same interest in democracy...the time, energy and money we spend(waste) on cricket..even half of this interest we start taking in choosing our leaders seriously and rationally then we can stop them from being 'democratic dictators'. we will not have to suffer and work according to their whims and fancies..these days even a primary school passed parliamentarian knows how to amend a constitution no matter in what direction. too much independence given to our executory and legislative bodies is a lacunae in our system. come on young bloods..raise your voices, wake up, unleash yourself and make biggest demopcracy a pure democracy with independence in actual sense to judiciary. elections are over now whosoever comes...dont let him work on his whims...file more and more PILs against irrational bills and legislations, against their arbitrary and unreasonable actions whenever needed. give judiciary a chance and independence..learn your rights, judiciary will keepn a check on them.
